TOWN HALL RENTALS - Book your next personal party: shower/birthday party or event at the Newtonville Town Hall! Liquor permits are allowed. Call Althea @ 786-2713 or e-mail me (click on the "contact" page) at this site for available dates and times. Rates are $25.00 for residents, $30.00 for non-residents per hour. After midnight, there is an extra $20.00 added to the rental fee. Our town hall now has air conditioning!
